I had to redo my server last weekend and everything was working fine. I watched multiple movies with no issues. For some reason, my server content is no longer coming up in the iOs app as of last night. Has anyone experienced this or have a fix? I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times, and it says it sees my server, but it’s not pulling anything up.
Background: I lost my hard drive in December and most of my media. Due to reasons, I didn’t need to access Plex until the last few weeks though I did download it again right away. The server/computer name is the same as the server/computer name I had before. I don’t understand why a fresh install of the iOs app on my phone wouldn’t call up the new server after it was fine for a week.
As an aside, having the information about redoing a server more readily available would have been helpful. It was hours of frustration until I happened upon a topic in the forum. Having a note in the main support documents and FAQ quickstart area would have saved me a lot of time because it’s really not intuitive to have to go into the registry and start deleting things just so your data will refresh.
