Recently I lost most of the “Home” content displaying. In the Plex Mac App I still see the “Home” I’m used to with Continue Watching, On Deck, Recently Added TV, Recently Added Movies, Recently Added Music. On my iOS and Apple TV devices I have Web Shows enabled as well and that is all that shows.
- If I click on TV Shows I get told my server is unavailable and a button to retry connection.
- If I search for a TV show by name I can find it and play the show.
- If I click Movies I see Recently Released, Recently Added and a handful of other options blow that. The important part here is that I in fact have movies showing at all.
- If I click on Music I see the same subsections as I do in Movies. Album arts and options for songs.
My Server is up to date and my iOS apps are too. I’ve not updated my Mac App in a while but I don’t plan to at this point. The Apple TVs have the same symptoms as my iOS devices.
I do have a large TV library in my server and can assure you there really is content in there.
Why have the iOS and Apple TV apps stopped showing my Home/On Deck and libraries properly? Is there something I need to change on my side?
My server is Cent OS with manual package updates. Most recently is was plexmediaserver-1.19.3.2764-ef515a800.x86_64.rpm.
