iOS App playing in Black and White when transcoding

Description: iOS playback on iPhone is black and white when transcoding

Server Version#: 1.41.9.9961
Running on a Raspberry pi 4
Files are stored on a NAS (WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra)

Player Version#: Mobile iOS 2025.20.0 (1153)
Device: iPhone 14

Steps to reproduce:

Opened iOS app on phone
Navigated to Movie library
Opened 50 First Dates

Expected:
50 First Dates should playback in color centered on the screen

Actual:
The movie plays in grainy black and white off center to the left side. Interestingly, PiP plays normally.

Having the same issue. Tried changing colour settings and playback but not change.
