IOS APP Won't Connect To Home Cloud

Server Version#:1.20.5.3600
Player Version#:7.11

IOS APP will not connect to Plex Media Server v 1.20.5.3600 (running on Terramaster TOS 4.0.17).
Plex App states media server needs to be upgraded to version 1.18.3 or above. Currently running latest media server version available via Terramaster 1.20.5.3600.
Has connected fine until recently.
Email received from Plex stating that I was connected to an old version that requires updating, however have found no path to resolve that situation and as mentioned the current media server version is showing as 1.20.5.3600, which I assume meets the 1.18.3 or above criteria?
