Terramaster - can't install 1.18.3 or above

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2041
Player Version#:7.11
iOS app needs 1.18.3 or above but every time I try to get the latest (says 1.20.1.3252 is available) all that happens is I uninstall then reinstall 1.18.2.2041.
I can’t use the iO app unless I’ve got 1.18.3 or above.
Any ideas?

Duh. Updated the TOS, then the PMS. Now works.

Hi. Having the same issue. So I am being show to be running Plex server version 1.21.1.3842 on my Tnas after updating through tans. When I open Plex through tans and select my server its showing version 1.18.2.2041. when I open Plex on my Apple TV its showing that I can’t connect to my server and that it needs an update to at least 1.18.3 or above. I cannot update it through on the server page which is weird seeing as it should be a later version after the update. I have tried everything including uninstalling and installing again but nothing is working. its really annoying. Anyone have any luck in resolving this? thanks for any help

Hi. You need to update the TOS first, then Plex. Without the latest TOS you can’t install the latest Plex Media Server.

Hey. Yeah I updated and am running the latest version but still nothing. Did it come right for touV

It did! But I thought I had the latest PMS when in fact I didn’t until I updated the TOS. One of the windows (can’t remember which one, perhaps the Applications window in TOS) ) said I had the latest PMS but I did not - check in Setting in PMS as this will show which version of PMS you’re actually running. Updating the TOS took a bit of mucking around. Eventually I got there.
I am no expert but I got there in the end

Yeah I updated everything and its showing everything is on the latest version. even Plex is showing the correct build on TOS but when I open Plex the actual server on the webpage shows as the previous build. Have tried everything with no luck. Driving me mad

Yeah, that’s what happened to me. TOS is showing incorrect info. Try uninstalling then re-installing the TOS, then install Plex Media Server. I think I had to try this more than once before it ‘took’.

Cool thanks. I’ve done but it’s hanging on configuration screen for Plex so will try a few more time. Hopefully works. Appreciate the help
