Device in AIRPLANE MODE!
The Plex Client fails after opening the app while in airplane mode.
The app will display the Plex Splash logo on initial startup. The app then only shows a black screen. Closing the app and restarting results in the same.
If the app is started with a connection to Wi-Fi or cellular and then transitions into airplane mode, the app functions as expected with limited access to downloaded content only.
The issue appears to be a limitation of the authentication system that was not present on previous implementations in the IOS or Android versions.
My question is, why does the application require authentication for downloaded media?
