On one device only I can’t download any media.
Every download on one iPad goes straight to queued, no matter what I do.
I’ve cleared the cache. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. I’ve rejoined the Wi-Fi network. I’ve tried on a different Wi-Fi network.
I have two other devices, one the same version, in the same network that download just fine.
I’m logged into my main account on all these devices and I pay for lifetime pass.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot. I saw than there can be dns settings, but given other devices work that can’t be the blocker, right.
