iOS - Not restoring or letting me pay again

I’ve been using Plex for a few years on my iOS devices. The past two days the Playback limit will pop up and tell me to Activate for iOS to remove restrictions or if I’ve already bought it to restore the purchase. It won’t let me restore my purchase and when I try to pay for it again it says I’ve already paid for it but as soon as I start to watch something again the Playback limit pops back up. So I subscribed to Plex Pass at $4.99 a month. Still the Playback limit is popping up!!!

Please can someone help?
