[SOLVED] Cannot restore previous purchase

Server Version#: 1.29.0.6244 (Ubuntu Server)
Player1 Version#: 8.9 (iPhone 7)
Player2 Version#: 6.10.1 (iPad 4th Gen)

I had created an account on Plex with my email (not through Google, Apple or any other 3rd party service). From within the app on my iPhone, I purchased the removal of playback restriction (€5,99) which I paid with my Apple Wallet. When I try to restore the purchase on my iPad I’m getting the message “No previous purchase could be found for this Apple ID.”. I’m logged in with the same Apple ID on both my iPhone and iPad. Could the issue be that the iPad is old and the latest supported version of the player is not properly supported (which isn’t an excuse btw)? Or maybe it needs some time to sync to the database that my account has purchased this option?

Also, just in case, I changed my plex account email to match my Apple ID email, but it doesn’t seem to do anything, still, only on my iPhone the limitation is removed, on my iPad with same plex account and same Apple ID account, the limitation is there.

Thanks.

I’m replying to my own post in case someone bumps into the same issue. So, after a bit of searching, I saw a post on Reddit where a person said that you can just try to purchase again the activation of the limitation removal and it will be recognised that you had already bought it. So I did, I pressed “Activate” again, and I then pressed “Buy”, and I got a message “You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?”, I pressed yes and then I was all set
