My child is trying to authorize his device to access our Plex server, but we get the message about Playback limit. We have already registered and paid for this app/authorization. When he goes to pay, he enters his Apple account password and the purchase begins to complete, however at the end it says that the item was already purchased it and they are entitled to it for free. We click on OK it says “Uh oh, the operation couldn’t be completed”.
So how do we activate this device?
