Every time I press restore purchase it comes up with an unknown issue. Log is included. Using same Apple ID used to purchase. Device is updated to latest version. App has been uninstalled, phone restarted, and reinstalled.
Your logs do show an issue restoring a previous Monthly Plex Pass purchase, but it did verify the in-app activation purchase. The app should be useable regardless of that error. Are you still seeing the playback limitations?
I actually just got it taken care of last night. I hit the button like 8 times and when it went back it said I had activated it. So I appreciate the help, but it apparently resolved itself.
