I have the same problem. The orientation is OK for the photos but not for the videos. Plex is the only client that show all my iPhone videos upside down...
The tag is there (same as with the photos section), it should be trivial to add this feature as it's only a 180 rotate.

The implementation of EXIF Rotation for video (which has been noted by development following the raising of this post and my subsequent dialogue with the development team) should fix this.
It is already implemented for Photos but this will be changed in a future release to be optional due to impact on manually rotated photos.
