You had posted screenshots which contained your X-Plex-Token
This is akin to posting your Plex user name and password in public.
So, don’t do it.
Please enable debug loggin in your server,
restart your server
then play the problematic file
then fetch log files from both the server and the client device.
Bonus points for determining media info about the video file that caused the issue:
download mediainfo here
(pay attention during installation, it comes with a ‘piggybacked’ installer which asks to install additional crapware. Make sure to set/clear the right checkboxes!)
Once it is installed, analyse the file, then go to:
File - Export - Text (Advanced mode)
