iOS Sync Issues

Seems to display the message “offline, waiting to go online to sync”. There is a reliable local network connection between the client, and the server, and the server is updated the most recent plex (1.9.4). Anyone else experiencing the same issues?

If you restart the app does it still not sync? If you still have problems could you please post your device logs, you can find instructions for getting them here https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201636593-iOS-Logs

Funny story… I have a similar issue… running 4.20 Beta… tried grabbing the logs but clicking share logs crashes and exits the whole app.

@jvilla there was a super weird crash on iPad when trying to share the logs, but it has been fixed in one of the latest releases.

I was able to successfully sync after waiting out the “Waiting…” message.
