Syncing Broken?

For the past month, I have been unable to sync to any mobile device. OS doesn’t seem to matter, iOS, Android – none work. When I try to sync on a device, I get a “Waiting for Server” message on the device and nothing ever happens. I’ve tried all of the fixes I could find in support, and tried upteen different server settings, and nothing works. Note that syncing worked on EVERY device as recently as January. Uninstalled and reinstalled clients on all devices, killed sync jobs and tried again. Cleared cache on Android. Nothing works at all. My best guess is that recent updates, either on the server or client sides, caused this. Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?

I am also getting this on the latest IOS version. Clearly this used to work but I get the same thing now. Waiting for server and nothing happens.

Has this been resolved? I just installed the Plex app on iOS, followed the instructions (logging in to Plex Pass etc), etc. The sync’ed items always shows a “Unable to sync” message with no further information.

Is there something I can do to get this to work, or is there a known issue and further effort’s futile until something is fixed by by the developers?
