New iPad Pro and Plex Beta

Just got the Plex Beta installed on my new iPad Pro 11".

Oddly, the app is saying my server is offline, even though I can access it from everything else (other iPad, iPhone or web)

Any troubleshooting I can do, or logs I can provide?

I would use the “email device logs” method here to get logs. Do you have any servers shared with you? if so can you see those?

I had this issue, but logging out of the app on my iPad, deleting the app, reinstalling the app and then logging back in seemed to fix things for me.

Excellent, I grabbed my logs.

Additionally, I cannot see content from other servers as well.

@BigWheel I can try deleting and reinstalling like @Dustjunky suggested but want to see if there was more info that would be helpful for debugging.

@anthonysnyder if you can provide logs as well that would be appreciated. There were a bunch of authentication errors in the logs @Dustjunky provided it may help to know if they are the same type of errors. i am wondering if the issue is only with updating from a previous version and not a clean/fresh install. One of our devs with the new iPad Pro could not reproduce it though.

Logs!

FWIW, this was a brand new iPad Pro that was restored from a backup.

Chiming in as I also performed a backup restore onto the new iPad Pro with the same issues as the others reporting in.

Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it fixed the issue.

@BigWheel Anything else you want me to get off this device, or should i try the delete and reinstall

No nothing else. I would try to just sign out then back in first. Might not have to completely uninstall

¯_(ツ)_/¯

Logging out and back in resolved the issue without having to delete. Thanks for the help!
