I’ve been trying to use sync on my android tablet, and I’ve hit some issues… For some reason on the sync status page the file alternates between “downloading”, “queued” and “waiting to be downlaoded” every second or so.
Tried removing some devices from the device page on the web settings, reinstalled the app on my tablet, signed my server out and back again in Plex.TV…
I wish it was that, but I reinstalled the app completely… Worked on my android phone, though, so it’s something to do with my tablet. I’ll try to get proper logs soon enough.
If you’re able to reproduce the issues consistently in your tablet then those logs (both from the device and from PMS) would certainly help, yes. Thanks in advance for helping out.

Turns out I had a much different bug than I thought.
Wanting to grab clean logs I decided to clear cache for the Plex app, but doing it I noticed it said the app was using 16gb of internal storage… on my 16gb tablet! completely Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but right away it said the same thing… some data had stayed I guess.
Ended up factory resetting the tablet and so far it’s syncing fine … will post again if I get anything else.
That’s weird, uninstalling an app should get rid of all its used internal storage… Anyway glad factory reset fixed things for you (but sorry you had to resort to such drastic measures). Let us know if the problem resurfaces.
