iPad client is not connecting for Primary account - other devices/users work fine

Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081
Player Version#: 7.24.1

Using the iPad app, I am unable to access my local server’s content - only the free plex content is available.
I have:

  • Upgraded my docker image (latest tag)
  • Confirmed I have the latest iPad app
  • Rebooted the server 2x
  • Removed the iPad app and replaced it
  • Restored defaults countless times in the iPad
  • Confirmed Access is granted on iPad to Local Network and Background App Refresh

I can access my content without issue on my Nvidia Shield or web browser. Even works on an iPhone.

In addition, if I switch to another user account (wife’s) on the iPad I can access the local server on the iPad, which leads me to believe this is a bug in the iPad app or some iPad configuration? Both the iPad and the iPhone are running ios 14.8.

Update - I was going to try and create a new user for myself (although I’d lose all my watch history) and that didn’t work either - can’t see the libraries. Now more confident there is an ios related issue as other players seem to work. Appreciate any help in solving this issue.
