Only using plex locally on same network. Remote access disabled. Lately, I’ve noticed the Ipad and Iphones connect to plex but show offline…I can see the folders but they are not accessible (shaded out)…On my windows laptop and on the Roku’s plex loads fine and works flawlessly…but the only way I can get it to work on Iphone/Ipad is turning wifi off/on on the device or just restarting the device…as soon as I close the Plex app and open it back… it’s the same thing…Plz help if possible. thanks
Note: the only changes I’ve made to the server is that I enabled 2-factor auth and disabled relay since we don’t use remote access (recommended by someone here)
