I have been on Plex for years, but new to this forum as I cannot figure out for the life of me why on my iphone or people who share my account who aren’t in my house have my server as offline but on my computer, everything is normal (Remote Access enabled outside my network)…
Can someone help me solve this problem.

So the problem is not only with iPhone as the title describes, right?
From the same network where your server is connected to, access this website and try to connect to your external port number. Does it connect successfully?
If NOT:
Is the WAN IP you see in your router status page the same as the one you see on the referred website?
Ya, someone tried on their Android as well. So the only person it is working for is me (locally) and I believe if I wasn’t home it would work for me. I opened a port, that is how I have always been connected. All this just happened I would say maybe a day or two ago. So I have changed nothing since. It just stopped working.
How do I find the WAN IP stuff? I will look to see if that is different.

About your wan IP, you have to access your router to check if the WAN IP matches the IP shown on canyouseeme website
the IP are the same, they match.

I am experiencing the same issue. No trouble viewing movies from the desktop web browser but not able to connect anywhere else. CanYouSeeMe.org reports “Success” but I’m not feelin’ successful be cause nothing is working. My plex server is through my Shield tv pro by USB connected 8tb drive. My PC is connected wifi and has not problem connecting to and viewing movies/music but even the Shield tv pro which is USB connected is unable to view movies/music.

nope… nothing changed. same issue. on my computer and my cellphone I can view my whole server. I logged into someone who shares my account and it says offline for them.
Not sure what made this all happen, as I have changed nothing with my plex or my server.

can you show me an example of what you are looking for? are you looking for the section under my remote access section? The Manually specify public port?
The port is 32400
and would it matter if i am connected directly or via wifi?
Under remote access I have my private port IP that goes with the public port of 32400
and I have a public IP which matches the IP from that site you asked me to go to. Everything was working perfectly up to about 2 days ago.
