Recently got a plex pass. Right now it works well with nearly everything 2 computers, Smart TVs Android TV, Onn player, amazon firestick and ipad. However, when I use the plex app on my iphone my DVR guide comes up and my sever is indicated in the top. But when I click on the guide for a channel it says “error occurred a server with the specified hostname could not be found” No program is there just those words. I have changed hostnames turned off transcoding logged out and in. Nothing seems to work. I am unsure if this is an ios 26.1 issue perhaps security feature or something. I am running my sever off a mini PC running Window 11 Pro. I phone is a model 13. I have only had the plex pass a few weeks it has never worked on the phone. HDhomerun app works fine on the iphone it’s just the plex live tv with my OTA that does. Plex channels work fine.
Try opening the Plex app on your iPhone, then click your avatar in the top-right of the screen. Select Settings -> Advanced and then click Reset Cache. Then close the app (swipe up from the bottom, then swipe the Plex app up and off the screen). Open the Plex app and then see if your OTA channels are shown.
No I actually have a blank black screen now. Not sure if that is a step in the right direction or not.
