My Live TV OTA channels are black on new app

Now with this new iOS Plex app, I can no longer see my Live OTA channels from my Plex media server. When I tap on a channel it’s black.

I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the plex app from the App Store, reboot my plex media server, reset the cache on the iOS Plex app and nothing helped.

Luckily on my Apple TV Plex app, I see my OTA channels! I’m preying this app doesn’t get auto-updated and breaks like my iOS Plex app did this week.

Any help on my issue is appreciated.

It also appears that turning off HEVC brought video back… although, even with that, some channels appear very buggy and I have to go to a different channel, and back the channel I want to watch, and then back to another channel, and then back to the channel I want, to get certain channels to work.

I do not like the new app, and I do not like updates that break features that worked for years.
