I would like to know if Plex has planned to manage the M3U files soon.
I built a new house without antenna or cable TV.
I live in France and my rate is 80mbits. So I watch television from the box of my operator. This one (FREE) offers free access to a list M3U (only if we are customers at home).
Plex does not allow me to use the options of my operator, so I find myself using XTEVE which works very well.
But there are 2 concerns, the .TS stream is not supported natively by Plex, it transcode and therefore saturates the processor unnecessarily.
So I would like to know if the development of your tool will go to the lists M3U (IPTV stream).
