Iptv for plex AND all home users using a iptv service

hi forgive me if i sound very noobish im looking for confirmation of a setup that may exist.
im wondering how i can buy a iptv service that usually gets programmed to a mag receiver or to a kodi box and link it to my plex server and have all my home users be able to watch live tv all at once ???

would i need to buy more than one iptv service ? ( looking for a way to only use one service and one subscription and have my server spoof the users) ( eg one iptv service usually for one user linked to my plex pass server and have more than one user be able to watch live tv. same or different channels at the same time)

ive been reading about tvheadend ??? is that something that would help me

i have no problem building a linex computer to if i have to

i have a custom built pc that im using for my plex server

one of the features live tv on plex for plex pass users but instead of have a tuner have a iptv service give me all the content

please let me know if this is a thing and what your thoughts are on it

Correct me if I am wrong, but this type of IPTV services are nowhere near legal so I would refrain from discussing them here.

you can buy this service right from dish network tho

a company called informer who is owned by dish network
I have 6 receivers from them but have more tvs than that

Ok if this is like that than I apologize since I might have gotten the wrong idea about the origin of your stream.
“legal” Iptv often only works with the receivers of the stream owner, at least in Germany it is like that, since the stream is mostly encrypted.
But as usual YMMV
