When will PLEX have a functioning way to support IPTV.? Using xteve does not seem to work in the latest release (plexmediaserver_1.19.1.2589-2de7f3266_amd64).

My general guess is never. You can use tvheadend to pass IPTV into Plex. Takes some setup, but doable. I use it for regular OTA TV, get better support for my tuner card. Have not messed with IPTV, but know it supports it.
