IPv6 with the new Beta server

Previously I had it working on clients that support it by setting a Custom URL from a free DDNS provider, as I’m behind CGNAT.

It works for clients that support it like Android TV, but didn’t work remotely on Android Phone or Samsung TV.

What do I do here now with the new beta update? Remote access page still looks like this and doesn’t show any IPv6 address.

Plex Network settings are set to IPv4 and IPv6.

Should I remove the custom URL now? Do all Plex clients support IPv6?

Bit confused as there is no documentation on it all yet

In the Android Handy App is a switch in “Settings” to support IPv6. If your PMS network settings are IPv6 only, you can setup a IPv6 in PMS remote settings.
Plex Samsung TV app seams not to support IPv6 yet.

Ah okay I see it now. It’s a bit weird it doesn’t show both ipv4 and ipv6 together on that page but maybe because beta? Is the ipv6 still active even when i switch it back to ipv4+ipv6?

Thanks for the Android ipv6 setting tip also. I noticed it works by default in Plezy. Now I guess I just wait for the Samsung TV app to update?

Yes, IPv6 is still active, when using IPv4 configuration in remote access.
