Is Fire Stick 2nd Gen still supported?

Player Version#: Fire TV Stick (2nd Gen) OS 5.2.9.2

Plex was working, I think with the same version, but suddenly stopped on the 2nd Gen fire stick. I have a newer one, and it works on that, and I have a kindle, works fine on that, so it’s not a server problem. Restarted the computer as well as the fire stick, to no avail. Suggestions?

Uninstall and reinstall the app on the effected Fire Stick, or a factory reset of the device if that does not work.
