Sometimes, especially when I double-press or triple-press the left arrow key on remote, to skip back more than 10 secs, the Plex app will crash and it will auto-restart.
Is this an app or server related issue ?

The device name defaults to the model - AFTMM, AFTKA, etc.
It will display the app version as well - 10.3.x.yyyy, 10.4.x.yyyy, etc.
The Plex app version is also listed in the app settings. It is overlaid in the lower right corner of the screen.
