I have multiple libraries set up so that the people I share with don’t see any 4k content. But is there a way to just restrict this on the server?
You can apply a bitrate restriction (for all remote streams) but you cannot restrict playback by resolution. For such a scenario your best shot is indeed to use different libraries.
