Is it possible to use collections while not resigning from Related Movies?

Is it possible to use collections while not resigning from Related Movies?

Once I have an movie, there’s nice Related Movies list added to it.

But as soon as I add it to any collection, the Related Movies list gets replaced by “in collection” list.
I don’t really care for list of other movies in collection, so is it possible to always display Related Movies?
