Same here, Plex hasnāt been available since yesterday. Locally everything is available, in the settings remote access also green. But nothing is visible from outside, no client can reach the server (iphone, FireTV or Media Player/Browser)ā¦tried everything, delete cache, restart clients, mobile or cable connection (both fine) and rebooting the server. What had helped at short notice, I thought, at least because I could watch for a while (but this morning it was gone again), was to delete the server and then log in again. But as said now everything is the same again.

Might as well sit back, I spent a few hours yesterday and it is still randomly working for hours then down for a few hours. Donāt kill yourself, Iām just hoping Plex actually acknowledges it.
It happens to me exactly the same. I hope Plex says something or fixes it with a new update. Because I already try all the possibilities that they give. The remote access works and after a while it falls and that happens repeatedly.
