Is Plex Pass tied to your email address?

I’m about to sign up for Plex Pass, however my server is under my old email address. At one point I created a server under my new email address, the one I would like to switch to. I know you can change the email in settings, after the 30 day period when I shut the other account down, however I cant find information on if the Plex Pass would be tied to the old email address when I update it to my email.

Any help would be appreciated.

A Plex Pass is tied to your Plex account (i.e. stonesdaddy), not a specific e-mail address.

You might try contacting Plex Billing (link at bottom of page) and see if they will switch e-mail addresses w/o the 30-day wait. I’ve no idea if they will do so, but it can’t hurt to ask.
