HELP! PLEX Pass Email changed without permission?!

I have not used PLEX in a while and just noticed that the email connected to my Lifetime PLEX Pass is now some random person. I went back in and found an email asking if I wanted to stop this from happening but isn’t that backwards? Shouldn’t I have had to GIVE the ability for the email to be changed?

Regardless, is there any way to get control of my server back or at least start new without losing my Lifetime Plex Pass?

Thanks!

No. Because the most common reason someone needs to change the email address on an online account is because it’s associated with an email account they no longer have (you changed ISPs and forgot the Plex account was under that ISP email address, for example). So you can’t really get an email to grant the ability to change the email address association in that case. Instead Plex sends an email to the old address afterwards. If you still have the mailbox, you can ignore it. If you don’t have the address anymore Plex will just get a bounceback telling them so. If you didn’t request the change you have been notified and can sometimes click a link to send notification to the company, or are referred to call their customer service, etc.
