Interesting there are 64bit versions for qnap, Synology, unraid and linux has both!.
I would guess windows is the biggest server download!!
Why no 64bit Windows Mr Plex?
You know, I’m not sure, as I once went questing for it myself. From what I understand, a 64 bit version for Windows was deemed unnecessary, as there wasn’t anything it could offer beyond what the 32 bit version could do.
@AmazingRando24 is correct. The way the Plex server is designed for Windows would mean that the gain of having a 64 bit version would be almost unmeasurable and when you weigh that small gain against the problems of maintaining two versions then the answer almost jumps out at you. There is no need for a 64 bit Windows PMS.

Yet there are 2 versions for linux !
Why is that I wonder?
