Running Plex on Unraid, ISP is Optimum Fiber. I go through their Fiber Gateway into my own router. This setup has worked for years, through Fios and now Optimum. Issue started last week where all of the sudden people who have regular Optimum can’t connect to me, everyone else on any other ISP (Optimum Fiber included) has 0 issues. I went to one of the people’s houses and tried changing the router DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 to see if it was blanket blocking Plex but no dice. If you turn a VPN on at any of the places having issues it works immediately. I was speaking with one of the network guys at work and he suggested a reverse proxy, but I can’t see how that’s going to help things. I tried setting up Emby on an entirely different PC (windows) just to test and that’s having the same exact issue.
