Unable to Access Plex Server Remotely After Moving to New ISP (Quantum Fiber)

Server Version#: 1.41.5.9522-a96edc606-ls260

I previously had my Unraid plex server set up and working flawlessly with Ziply Fiber as my ISP. All I needed to do to enable remote access was to reserve a static IP for the server in my TP-Link AX1800 router and port forward 32400. I have now moved and my new ISP (Quantum Fiber) provides me a modem that I connect my TP-Link Router to. I tried setting up my TP-Link router exactly as I used to when I had Ziply but Plex remote access hasn’t been working. Here are the AX1800 settings:

I tried taking a look at the Quantum Fiber modem settings (C5500XK) and to my surprise it has all the same options as my Wifi router. I tried also reserving my server a static IP and setting up the same port forward as follows:

This unfortunately doesn’t work either and I’m stuck with the same error message in Plex.

Any help getting this fixed would be greatly appreciated, all my users are wondering what is going on :worried:

Edit: Fixed by setting my ISP’s modem to bridge mode. I should have tried more of the solutions on the troubleshooting remote access page. I had a double NAT scenario.

One note: Once this bridge setting is applied you can never access the C5500XK settings again unless you factory reset the unit or contact your ISP.
