Is the agent "The TVDB" down?

I’ve been having problems with the agent TVDB lately today.

Been adding shows just like any other day, but somehow today their metadata isn’t fully “updated.”

what I mean is the posters aren’t showing (only the default plex grey background), some have the description and the content rating, while others only have content rating.

Tried changing the agent metadata for specific shows from TVDB to MovieDB and it showed all metadata. Wondering if there was any problems TVDB is facing atm.

PS: All my shows/movies are named as per Plex specified and using Filebot for naming.

Specific shows i’m having troubles atm as of today are “The Looney Tunes Show (2011)” and “The Jetsons”

Structure of my files are as follows:

/Plex
     /TV Shows
             /The Looney Tunes Show (2011)
                      /Season 1
                              /The Looney Tunes Show (2011) - S01E01 - Best Friends.mp4
    
              /The Jetsons
                      /Season 1
                              /The Jetsons - S01E01 - Rosey the Robot.mp4

is working fine for me and the thetvdb.com webpage is up, and i do not rename my files because agents will pick up the names (i use to rename, but i don’t see the point anymore)

I just tried adding more tv shows, somehow the plex theme is picking up for the show, including the description and content rating metadata, but no posters/background/banners.

Just checked my tv shows on the TVDB website, and they do have the posters but plex isn’t picking up.

For Example, both The Looney Tunes Show (2011) and The Jetsons appear to have posters/banners etc. on the site.

thetvdb.com definitely has some problems at the moment!

have you tried to change the agent ? and if you rename The Looney Tunes Show S01E1 or The Jetsons S01E01, (when you rename you also add name of the episode ?)

Yes, changing to TheMovieDB agent gives me full metadata (but not as reliable as TVDB)

Can Confirm TheTVDB.com is currently offline as of this moment.

But I wonder how some of my latest episodes added the poster metadata, while the others didn’t.
