Will Plex work with this model Hauppauge device? My TV antenna won’t pick up my Fox local channel and need a cable recording device instead. I’d like to record to PLEX if it is compatible.

and there isn’t any newer info found in the forums, then I would suspect it simply isn’t supported.
hdhr has some cablecard compatible tuners, but everything depends on whether your cable provider broadcasts in the clear or not.
