Is there a way to force 1080p on Windows client app

Is there a way to force 1080p on plex des top client.

I actually have some movie on 1080p and 4k.
4k work really well on my local device expext on a Windows pc with an old cpu who don’t make hardware decoding for x265.
So for this device i wish to force 1080p play-back (i have both file in 1080p and 4k). But i can’t find a way to do this automatically.
The only way i find is :“read this version”, i need to do this every time i want to read a movie with both résolution.

Is there a way to force the client to not automatically read 4k version instead of 1080p?
