Is there a way to upload a file remotely to my Plex server?

Is there a way to upload a file remotely to my Plex server without physically being on the same network?
I have used RDP or VPN to my network remotely in the past but i would love a way to just upload a file using Plex Web.

Not within Plex itself

That has to be handled elsewhere, with like ftps, scp or siml.

I’ve always used TeamViewer to remote into a Windows PC on site to handle that sort of thing. Requires the file to be loaded to actually eventually be on site as well.
