I decided to take the plunge and get a TV Tuner to get local TV on my Plex server and have run into what looks to be a long-standing issue.
According to this post the issue was reported back in 2021, this was being looked into by @sa2000 as of 2022. Any word on this? I would love to be able to see cover art for tv shows and the like with my new tuner setup.
I had a feeling I wouldnt be able to count on this getting fixed by Plex developers. I’m still using my alternate solution; which works perfectly for all US TV channels. I never looked back; but, still check this thread from time to time.
What was your end solution, if you don’t mind me asking. Seems like Plex is just not answering their customer’s questions/concerns anymore.
