afaik Vosub and PSG are being transcoded into video so the would overlay the video. Where SRTs are not being transcoded so are by default placed at bottom of player frame (which is bascially the whole screen) based on the subtitle styling settings
Again, the only difference between the screenshots is the OS, not the file type. It’s the exact same file. I’m aware of what’s causing it, I’m asking if it can please be changed.
I don’t think so but I will pass it along. If i recall being in the black, reading subs was easier for most folks on a black background.
