Is there anywhere I can go to get some assistanc with my Plex Server software

Hello, I have tried for many days to seach this site in an attempt to my plex media server working again. I am very frustrated that a software package that I paid for will not work. It worked great when I was a free member. That is why I purchaed a plex pass. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software to the point that Plex has blocked my access. I do not know if it is software problem, authoriztion problem or some thing else. After trying the uninstall process, I thought that maybe it was a credential or password problem but since I can’t access my account changing log on or passwords are impossible. I have spent may hours searching the Plex site and other than this “ask a question” I seem to be led to an endless circle of lendless nothing. Tell me about what you computer/server environment you have and what you’re having trouble with.

Please explain who/what has ‘blocked your access’ ? Do you have any log files or screen shots??

You don’t have a server connected to this plex.tv account anymore. Which leads me to believe that your server is currently using a different plex.tv account.
