Cant access my Plex server

Server Version#: 1.18.7.2438

Cant seem to access my server even thou its online.
I have tryed to start it via the tray but its takeing ages to load then when i get to server setup it dosent regonize it and i get a message : A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.
I can login to my acout via browser (G Chrome) but cant access the server or Claim it.
When i try to claim my server it send me to the download link for plex or when i try to access Your Media it also sends me to the Get plex Media server link
I Have tryed logning in local
reinstaling and reconfiguring registy
Downgradeing versions
turning off firewall and vpn
So far nothing has worked.
The only knowble fact i have is that i might have switch TP input on the motherboard (beuces i have two inputs) to a new one when i moved my computer.
I also installed a maleware program but then uninstalled it becuse i thought it was causing the trubble.

Ive tryed switching googel acounts and reinstaling and useing the app tool for windows.
But still no luck.

Did you find a sollution to this problem?

Cause it seems I’m experiencing the same thing. I restarted the computer, even did a repair and reinstallation of the plex media server. Nothing seems to help

No i dident find the solution. But I did buy a new computer and then it started working . New windows and new motherboard . The only thing that’s not new is the chassi and power supply. And I had to create another for plex . A new one that is. The old one is still locked with the same
Problem. Even thou I have everything new .
