My PMS has stopped working... HELP!

Hi… For some reason I can’t get access to my plex home server? It shows on devices but not on my server page. It just keeps saying download media server which is already installed? I have reinstalled the software but it shows the same message. I have the latest versions of the server and the app installed?? I have been a lifetime member since 2015… I am aware that my account may have been hacked as it showing an unknown username, although I have not seen any emails indicating any changes to my account?? Could you please look into this and give me a fix…

Assure the server is running in the tray, if it is restart it. Another troubleshooting step is sign off and back on to your account in plexweb - this will refresh your credentials

I have tried both of these several times, but it still does the same thing…?? I cant see my media and it tells me that i am not a premium member which is crazy?? I am an App Dev by trade, but none of this makes any sense?? I love PMS but if this carries on I shall have to switch to another Media server software provider. :sob:

It is definitely not recognizing your credentials. @OttoKerner is much better at this than I. Hopefully the @ reference will attract his attention.

Whose email is the one shown in the first screenshot above?
That is the one which is used by your mobile app and the server.

Your web browser is apparently using a different email.
You need to sign out and then sign in to the account which uses the same email as above.
You must not use the button ‘Continue with Google’.

I do not recognise the email address shown. I did not change it and there is no indication of changes to my account on my email??? I may have been hacked, but how was this possible? My original login does not work anymore. Can I get plex to remove this account and reinstate my original account??

I cannot help you with that. The only people who can, are Plex Pass support.
