Yes, you can with movies. You can create as many layers as you like.
You canât however put TV series in subfolders (just a heads up, I know you didnât ask).
ok thnx so if i make a folder Genres then Actions Adventure the whole genres list if i click on the Genres folder it Wil Show A Action Folder with the Action Movies in it. ?
Plex will not add genres based on your folders. It derives that from metadata downloaded from the Internet. You can however chose to view things in a âfolder viewâ (at least in Plex Web).

ok but it would be nice if you guys figure out like kodi or terrariumtv apps to make it so you can add Genres and then the whole list like action adventure and so on:) if i choose folder options i stil dont see action or adventure and so on what i mean is like kodi addon streamhub example when you go in Genres you can choose from action to adventure and in action there all action movies in adventure all adventure movies and so on and you can do the same for tv shows aswel

You can always create separate libraries for genres. Instead of âMoviesâ, you could have âSci-Fi Moviesâ, âAction Moviesâ, etcâŠ

There are certainly several feature requests regarding this type of things and to expand upon them, such as genres and collections. If you do not find one the you think fit the bill - create one and have people vote on it by pressing Like.
In the mean time. As I said, see my added picture that with Folder view you get Genres (I too use genre folders for my movies). Another solution would be as @DixieDad said, you can have several Movie libraries. I know people on this very forum that has 20-30 different movie libraries, so it is possible. Further more you could potentially use your own Labels and create Collections and Playlists bases on that. So in short, what you are looking for might not be there (yet) but there are work-arounds to it.
