os: win7 sp1 ,newly set.
when i play back 4k h265 10bit source in the webplayer, the streaming buffered allmost every 30s, i checked the verbose log, the transcoding speed is about 0.6-0.7
is it normal, may be i need a stronger cpu or there’s something wrong ?
