Issue after upgrading libraries

Hi there:

I need help with my Plex server. I have a Plex server running on an unRaid NAS. Database and assets were migrated a long time ago from my previous QNAP server. Everything works well and without any issue, but it keeps me asking to upgrade libraries. Yesterday I decided to proceed with the upgrade (after performing a full backup), but now Plex is not working as expected.

Plex is unable to find any new media, I mean, if I add a new movie to the library and perform a “Scan library files”, Plex does not find anything.

I also created a new Library (just for check) pointing to a new directory with a few movies, but no movies were found.

I tried to remove the newly created library but I can’t.

Do you know what is wrong? Should I continue with my old database and forget about the upgrade?

Lets start with a copy of your server logs. First blind guess is going to be database corruption since you mentioned unraid.
