Issue Creating Local User on Plex with a Plex Pass Subscription

Hello,

I’m encountering an error when I try to create a managed user on my Plex server. Despite having a Plex Pass subscription, I get the following message: “Failed to create the local user. This action is not available for this user.”

Currently, I already have 15 users on my server. I’ve checked that my account has administrative rights and that my Plex version is up to date. Does anyone have a solution or specific steps to resolve this issue?

You cannot create more than 14 managed users, or have more than 15 users in your Plex Home in total.

Members of your Plex Home should be only users, who are living with you in the same household.

You can only share your media with additional users if they create their own plex.tv user accounts.
