So I have an old iPod touch 5th gen (running iOS 9.3.5) which has installed Plexamp 3.2.2 from the App Store. My issue is that when I click login, I just get a grey screen. If I copy and follow the link on another device then I get to the login screen fine…just not on my iPod. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could try? I have plex pass so no issue there. Thanks!
What version of iOS do you have installed on that iPod?
What iPod model is this?
Does it not allow entering user/pass inline? If not, you have an old version of the app installed. Newer versions bumped the minimum requirement of iOS version due to this issue.

Requires iOS 10.0 or later
I knew that…but as I’d installed it on a newer device (iPhone x), the App Store gave me the option to install an older version
Or not…have just seen it tried to install the latest version…which shouldn’t have been possible…as if it finds a compatible version it should install that ! Thanks
sorry about that. we actually worked with someone with an older iPod at one point to see if it ran once we got past signing in, and sadly it didn’t.
